Disclaimer
Although care is taken to provide accurate information, please be aware that prices may be subject to change, not all styles will be available in all stores, and typographical errors are likely to occur. In the case of the discovery of an error the details on the website will be changed (or removed, if removal is deemed necessary) within a reasonable time frame. This is a manual process, however, so please realise that we may not be able to remove or edit particular parts immediately.
Any user who discovers any misleading information on the website is encouraged to contact the editor of this site.

Shipping Policy
Delivery is FREE for orders over $100! For orders less than $100, we charge a flat rate of $8 for any purchase to be shipped within Australia. You can view your delivery cost prior to check out. Once you have purchased an item from the T Base website we know you will want to get it as quickly as possible, so we will process your order and have it delivered to you within approximately 3-5 working days. We use Australia Post to deliver all of our goods.
For international delivery we charge a flat rate of $19 (no free delivery). Delivery is approximately 10-14 working days depending on your location.

Customs
When ordering goods from t-base.com.au for delivery to any destination outside Australia, the recipient may be charged import duty and other taxes including but not limited to sales tax which are levied on import values above a threshold by the customs authority in that overseas country. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to pay these amounts to the freight company if applicable prior to delivery. It is outside our area of control and responsibility to determine, give advice or influence these charges.
As customs policies vary drastically from country to country, you are requested to direct queries of this nature to your local customs office. Customers should also note that the recipient is to be regarded as the Importer of record and you will need to comply with whatever regulations are required in this regard in the country of the recipient. T Base is neither able to advise on process to claim back, nor refund, any duty and taxes paid should an ordered item be returned.

Refunds
Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, wrongly described, different from a sample shown to you or don´t do what they are supposed to do. Proof of purchase is required for the exchange or return of any goods. If you encounter a problem please do not hesitate to contact T Base.
If a return has been approved, simply securely pack and seal the return merchandise and invoice in an appropriate shipping box or envelope using a trusted delivery service. We cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves. PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. If you return a product on which duty and tax has been paid T Base are unable to refund such duty or taxes.

 If a refund has been approved it will be processed in the original form of payment within seven business days. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from T Base.

What we collect
Name, Address, Delivery address, Phone number, E-mail address, Age details and Transaction information.

Layby Policy
Agreements must be in writing and should contain:
a description of the goods, the total price, the amount of any deposit you paid, the maximum length of the lay-by,
cancellation and refund policies. If you cancel a lay-by agreement, the business must refund any money you have paid. The business can charge you a termination fee if it´s written in the agreement. The termination fee cannot be more than the reasonable costs incurred by the business.
